These terms govern use of VoipMS Desktop and voipmsdesk.com.
By creating an account you agree to these terms.
The service
VoipMS Desktop is licensed software that registers to VoIP.ms over SIP and uses the VoIP.ms API for SMS, MMS, and related features. You must have a valid VoIP.ms account. You are responsible for 10DLC, consent, STOP handling, and lawful use of the numbers you attach.
Acceptable use
No unlawful calling or messaging, phishing, or attempts to interfere with the platform or with VoIP.ms. We may suspend licenses that violate these terms or carrier rules.
Fees
Software subscription fees are billed by us. VoIP.ms usage (minutes, SMS, MMS, DIDs) is billed by VoIP.ms.
Disclaimer
The software is provided as-is. Call and message delivery depends on VoIP.ms, networks, and handsets. We are not liable for carrier outages or filtering, to the extent permitted by law.
